Privacy notice

This notice covers the website at frankd.co.uk and the request-access form on it. It does not cover the Frankd service itself: what a firm records through Frankd is governed by that firm's agreement with RAXBI LTD, and a firm's customers should ask the firm.
Who we are
Frankd is a product of RAXBI LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17277699. Registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. Contact: admin@raxbi.com.
What this site collects
The fields you type into the request-access form (your name, your firm, your work email address and anything you write in the message), the time you sent them, your browser's user-agent string (shortened), and a hashed form of your IP address, kept for 90 days to limit abuse of the form. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no tracking of any kind.
Why
To answer your request. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to a firm that has asked to hear from us. Your details are not added to any marketing list.
Where it is stored
The form record is held in Cloudflare's key-value store, which replicates it across Cloudflare's network; the email reaches us through Amazon Web Services in London. Message originals recorded by the Frankd service are stored in London; that service has its own agreement and is not covered by this notice.
How long
The form record is deleted after 90 days. The email is kept until the conversation it started has ended.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it: write to admin@raxbi.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
